Donald Trump Is Trending Huge On Twitter, Here’s Why

Despite being banned from the platform himself, former President Donald Trump woke up Tuesday morning to a flurry of hashtags that currently propelled him to the top trend on the social media cesspool known as Twitter. Apparently, he committed serious crimes – again.

For this episode of Trump Is Guilty Of Something Big, the charge is that there is proof of deleted phone calls on the day of January 6th, timed between the beginning and end of the so-called insurrection. It must mean he has something to hide! It means he is guilty of inciting and fomenting violence!

Or does it? The narrative is conveniently connected to another former Republican president, Richard Nixon, who deleted some phone calls in a supposed scandal. Toward the end of the article, I share some of the tweets that made up the top of the thread and it’s pretty obvious to notice that they all gravitate to the same talking point. The correlation is that Nixon is a criminal for deleting Watergate tapes and therefore Trump is a criminal too for deleting J6 tapes. The propaganda follows as such: The seven missing hours is the new eighteen minutes.

Here is how CBS reported the allegedly damning news:

“Internal White House records from the day of the attack on the U.S. Capitol that were turned over to the House select committee show a gap in President Donald Trump’s phone logs of seven hours and 37 minutes, including the period when the building was being violently assaulted, according to documents obtained by CBS News’ chief election & campaign correspondent Robert Costa and The Washington Post’s associate editor Bob Woodward.

The lack of an official White House notation of any calls placed to or by Trump for 457 minutes — from 11:17 a.m. to 6:54 p.m. — on Jan. 6, 2021 means there is no record of the calls made by Trump as his supporters descended on the U.S. Capitol, battled overwhelmed police and forcibly entered the building, prompting lawmakers and Vice President Mike Pence to flee for safety.”

Amazingly, people are still stupid enough to A) Believe that this time the media is being honest about a man they hate and fear and B) Donald Trump played any role in the “insurrection” despite the fact the FBI has admitted there was no planned coup and that signs point to an inside Deep State job, a la the Whitmer Kidnapping case.

There is an old parable about a boy who cried wolf. I wonder if Democrats have heard of it. Ever since Donald Trump came down the elevator in Trump Tower, we have been inundated with hysterical lies and absurdities of Trump’s penchant for crime and corruption. None have ever stuck, even though the government wasted tens of millions of dollars investigating some of them for two years in the Mueller Report. Every other charge has also produced a dead end.

Here is how leftist losers on Twitter responded:

“When I was in gov’t, we worried about leaving Trump unsupervised for more than a few moments.

Now you know why.

7 hours and 37 minutes was clearly more than enough time for him to attempt a soft coup.”

“It only makes sense that Trump’s recording gap on January 6 was 457 minutes while Nixon’s during the Watergate scandal was just 18 minutes because the January 6 insurrection was 25.39 times worse than Watergate and Trump is 25.39 times the traitor to his country that Nixon was.”

“BREAKING: A federal judge just ruled that trump “more likely than not” attempted felony obstruction of Congress on January 6th.

ARREST HIM ALREADY.”

“Today would be a good day for Merrick Garland to get busy.

David Chase, a federal judge, just issued a ruling holding Trump accountable for trying to stage a coup in 2020. Garland has more than he needs to hold Trump and his enablers accountable, too.”

“BREAKING: A federal judge just ruled that Donald Trump has likely committed felonies, including obstruction of Congress and conspiring to defraud the United States. “The illegality of the plan was obvious,” he says.”

“Forget Nixon’s 18 minute gap. The Jan. 6 White House logs given to the House show a 7-HOUR gap in Trump’s phone calls.”

As if we needed more proof that Big Tech colluded with the psy-op-running Deep State, it was interesting to observe that some of the most prominently featured tweets belonged to “Republicans,” among them the ever-confused David Frum and the absolutely disgraced Rick Wilson. When I opened my own feed, the latter’s retweet of a CBS news report was positioned at the very top. Although no one takes them seriously as conservatives, the fact that Twitter would mainstream their tweets so hard is a blatant effort to normalize RINO behavior and help sway the conversation from more serious America First voices.

Is this a big story? No, but it conveniently follows the huge rally and news from the weekend that Trump could be next in line for Speaker of the House. Stay tuned.

Will the new Press Secretary be just as awful as Jen Psaki?*
