Boom: Another Hollywood Star Speaks Out Against Regime, Blames “Woke” Voters For L.A. Crime Wave

Unlike Kevin Costner, who was recently photographed wearing a Liz Cheney shirt on set of his decidedly not-Wyoming show, other Hollywood stars are starting to stand up to the woke mob and say what needs to be.

It’s not like conservatives don’t exist in Tinsel Town. Clint Eastwood served as mayor and famously had the empty chair at McCain’s 2008 convention. Jon Voight has always been outspoken. There’s the 1990s SNL crew like Rob Schneider and Dennis Miller who have taken hacksaws to the woke agenda. And then there’s younger Hollywood elites like Chris Pratt who bravely defend their Christian values against the onslaught of satanist rituals.

Add to the list Katharine McPhee, former American Idol winner and actress, who has had enough of idiots like George Gascon and leftism in general.

Posting to Instagram, McPhee torched the clueless, out-of-touch snobs who keep voting for increasingly-maniacal Democrats.

“This is literally my worry and thought every time I go out now. We need Rick Caruso. I blame every single woke voter. Seniors getting beat up in [Beverly Hills] while walking. Keep voting for this. What a sad state this city is in. This is the real life text/convos you have with fam and friends about living in LA now..What’s this world coming to?

McPhee went on to comment how she and others were at risk of being the next crime victim simply for wearing basic jewelry accessories. “No rings, watches or anything out in LA anymore,” she captioned a photo of naked hands.

McPhee’s comments come on the heels of Los Angeles’s notorious crime surge, which has seen even the elites, who normally hide behind walls, fame, and enclaves like Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, sucked into the criminal vortex wrought by wokesterism.

Breitbart wrote about several celebrities’ close encounters and even conservative conversions:

“In February, a man was arrested after targeting White Lotus and Baywatch star Alexandra Daddario’s house with a loaded gun. The gunman went to the actress’ home, where he stood outside, screaming.

Also in February, fashion mogul, model, and tattoo icon Kat Von D’s Los Angeles home was burglarized by an intruder who said he wanted to use the bathroom. Von D had also recently announced that she would be leaving California and moving to Indiana part-time due to the state’s “tyrannical government overreach.”

That same month, rapper Kodak Black was shot in the leg outside of an afterparty hosted by singer Justin Bieber in Los Angeles.

In November, television host and actor Terrence Jenkins — better known as Terrence J — narrowly escaped an armed follow-home robbery attempt in which a gunman shot at him.”

McPhee isn’t normally one to shy away from comments, famously calling out failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams for appearing maskless in front of masked kids, but it’s nice to see this trend gaining traction. It’s a sad state of affairs when adult pretenders have such influence over folks, but at least maybe we can get the right kind of influence going. Here’s hoping more start fighting to save freedom and common sense.
