Should the suspect decline mediation, physical restraint may be appropriate. However, physical restraint shall only be employed under the direct supervision of a medical professional. Upon determination that physical restraint is called for, the police shall “call time out,” and request a backup doctor be dispatched. They may proceed with restraint only after receiving the doctor’s written authorization.
The moderates are fighting with the radicals, and the radicals are behaving like the spoiled children they’ve always been. The radicals are even encouraging their followers to video the moderates in public bathrooms as part of the vote whipping process. Bernie Sanders (D, Socialist) has declared that if he can’t have everything on his Christmas wish list, he doesn’t want anything. And he may just get his wish — the latter one that is.
The reality is that Joe’s level of expertise reveals the flaw in the socialist objective. The left has always told us that past experiments in socialism have only failed because it wasn’t done right. They assert that it would work just fine if we put smart people in charge and let them run everything. And then they gave us Joe Biden, as the supposed smart person that would make it all possible.
Issues of LGBT rights became a thing following the Stonewall riot in 1969. Over the course of fifty years, the acceptance of those with different lifestyles has grown. Justice Anthony Kennedy legitimized the movement by finding a right to dignity in the Constitution. It was viewed as an expedient way to grant constitutional legitimacy to the movement. But look where it has led. We now have naked men bathing with six-year-old girls in health clubs. Boys in dresses are raping girls in the restrooms of their schools — a place where every child should feel safe.
I don’t need the DoJ to protect my feelings, because I’m not a snowflake. I need it to protect my person and my property from real threats. If Merrick Garland hasn’t noticed, there were “mostly peaceful” protesters that murdered people and burned down our cities last summer — and none of it was done at a school board meeting by angry parents.
Unfortunately, Fauci isn’t the only government functionary who thinks he has the authority to make such rulings. Numerous governors, mayors, and city councils have also curtailed our freedoms. Their lockdowns and social distancing rules undermined our property rights, our freedom of assembly, and our freedom of expression. The “my body, my choice” folks have decided that it’s not our choice except when it pertains to the killing of unborn children. But it is all for the “greater good.”
Has our response to COVID finally stopped the engine? Is what we are experiencing a sign that it is just coasting down now? Forced shutdowns and vaccine mandates are robbing the commerce engine of its most essential element: a workforce with the expertise and dedication to keep it running.
Run for positions on the local school board. Turnout for school board elections is notoriously low and elections are often decided by just a few hundred votes. The teacher’s unions have gotten used to the fact that they can control these elections by simply getting a good turnout of educators at the polls. Imagine their surprise if an enterprising parent leverages their neighborhood, church, and social network connections to get out the vote in favor of an alternative candidate.
Given that the gangs are now engaged in a legitimate and recognized military action, are their weapons legal now? I mean there were guns in the hands of “combatants” during that shootout, but nobody was arrested for illegal firearms possession. I guess it’s okay for them to have guns to facilitate the conduct of hostilities against each other. Apparently in Chicago, only people who do not belong to gangs will be restricted from bearing arms.
Given that the average US home price is only $270,000, it means that the average family is paying more for the government’s debt than they are for their own home. The average family of 4 is essentially making payments on a small house for themselves, and a big house that our congress decided to buy. The average family’s taxes could go down nearly $2,300 dollars per month if they weren’t supporting this national debt.
The pandemic has shown us how important and fragile liberty is. I’ll never take it for granted again. I suspect a great number of patriots feel the same way. We’re seeing an awakening all across America. It’s starting to go beyond CRT protests and anti-Biden chants. BLM is even protesting the vaccine mandate! I’ll bet the Left didn’t see that coming.
As if splintering his own party weren’t enough, Joe also managed to offend the Democrats’ most loyal voting bloc: the black community. He not only imposed vaccine mandates, but said he’d lost patience with those resisting it. He apparently didn’t notice that members of the black community are the biggest resisters to the vaccine. It harkens back to their distrust of government-ordered medical treatment from the Tuskegee experiments. Now we have the image of a white guy ordering blacks to take an experimental treatment.
The “malaise” speech came to define the Carter presidency. He will forever be known as the president who had no faith in the American people. Biden’s September 9 announcement will define his presidency as well. He will forever be known as the president who had open contempt for his countrymen.
The utter incompetence of the operation not only snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, but left our relationships with allies in tatters. Robert Gates once said Joe Biden has been wrong on nearly every foreign policy issue of the last 40 years. Make it 48 years now.
The fact that both the Clinton and Biden schemes operate in the open with such impunity is an indictment of the DOJ and its various enforcement agencies. Either the DOJ is either hopelessly compromised or it’s the most incompetent law enforcement organization in the world.
The fighting will continue for a while, but the left has already lost the CRT battle. But will the fighting stop with CRT? Will parents simply stand down once CRT has been banned? Or has CRT inoculated the populace against leftism? Now that parents realize the schools have been indoctrinating their kids, will they remain vigilant for other forms of indoctrination?
Even though Donald Trump left office peacefully, he’s still guilty of violating the term limits imposed by the Constitution. Trump the tyrant is guilty of what Lloyd believes he would have done, regardless of what he actually did. Evidence to the contrary is irrelevant because Lloyd knows what President Trump would have done if he could.
In Madison, Wisconsin, leftists have just declared a rock to be racist. It wasn’t adorned with any inscription. There was nothing racist about its name. But it had to be removed because its very presence on campus was offensive. Even an unthinking, inanimate object became racist because of something someone said about it in a newspaper article almost 100 years ago.
In 1969, Richard Nixon asserted that there was a large group of Americans who held traditional American values and who voted but avoided public attention. He called them the “silent majority.” His reelection proved his theory correct. That majority still exists and is beginning to react to our current political environment.
Historically, all dictators have retained for themselves the power to change the law at their own discretion. By granting themselves the power to change and apply the Constitution at their discretion, the Supreme Court justices have made themselves a council of kings. George Washington famously declined the offer to be the first king of the United States.
As usual, California is at the forefront of societal evolution. They are way ahead of the rest of us rubes on this whole dignity thing. They’re already discussing codifying it into state laws and regulations. The California legislature is currently working on a law to provide menstrual products to boys at public schools.
Put simply, recalls make it too easy to avoid the consequences of bad decisions. Voters need to live through at least one term of the leadership that they select. And the rest of us are entitled to at least one full term to ridicule them for their choices. Seriously, San Francisco elected someone raised by terrorists to be their top law enforcement officer?
The past six months have been a time for Republicans to choose — and they have. Some have chosen liberty, while others are enabling tyranny. Some stood as patriots, and suffered for it, while others chose to be Vichy and stand with the oppressors. Now the electorate will judge the Vichy. Next year, the voters will decide whether to reward or punish them for their treachery.
Here’s a news flash for Democrats: Most Americans don’t want to feel ashamed of their country. Similarly, immigrants who come here in pursuit of the American dream didn’t choose America because it’s a horrible place. Americans, and those seeking to become Americans want to be proud of their country.
To be clear, sending government documents outside of the government email system is considered a felony – when Republicans do it. However, there is an exception to the rule which comes into play in old Joe’s case. Per the Madam Secretary Box-Wine precedent, a felony has not been committed if the offender didn’t mean it. With Joe’s mental acuity, he can always claim he didn’t understand what he was doing. I’d believe him, and I’m not a supporter.
