With such an unambiguous universal indictment of government, how are we to understand – and accept – its continued existence? What “government service” could not be more economically, more effectively performed by private citizens working in voluntary cooperation to their mutual benefit and, subsequently, the benefit of others?
“Run again? Who cares? Trump is not the messiah and proved that pretty quickly. He may have some good ideas, good instincts, but have you heard any ideas on how to deal with the Deep State? Democrats? RINOs? The MSM – all of which will be aligned against him? Again. The same for any ‘acolyte.’ Oppose the Machine; deal with the Machine. Backed by historically gutless, spineless, brainless Republicans automatically scribbles the ‘Rest of the Story.’ Trump’s ‘values and Ideals?'”
We know who the monsters are who bludgeoned Freedom, Liberty, Logic, Reason into submission. We know the names and faces of the political sociopaths responsible for the murder of tens of thousands of elderly with their illegal edicts and immoral mandates. We even know the where, when, and how – But why?
So when the teacher, the boss, our peers tell us the Authorities, the Government have mandated masks, social distancing, the jab, close your business, stay inside – no school, no church, no parties, no weddings, no funerals – we comply because we’ve been taught lies. We know lies. We love lies. Unquestioning compliance, obedience; agreement is the only option. Contradiction is ignorance and ignorance leads to hate.
The Media is our Teacher. It’s the whole world’s teacher. Everything we learn, we learn from the Media. With screens, cameras, actors and glib, well-coiffed hosts, radio and TV signals, cable, microwave, publishing, the all-powerful Internet with its own ‘social media’, it instructs us hourly, daily, weekly, month in, year out. The classroom is anywhere; it’s ubiquitous.
Here’s a little game I used to play with listeners coast-to-coast on my daily talk show. The goal was to compel them to think about the Government, its size, the pervasiveness of its laws, and smothering regulations. This was the challenge: Name the 2 things you come in contact with every day that are not taxed, regulated, embargoed, licensed, restricted, or prohibited by the Government.
CP stands for the Cloward-Piven Strategy, a 1966 political concept conceived by two American sociologists, Richard Cloward and Frances Piven (who also led an active activist life moonlighting from their gig at Columbia U.). The idea was based on their belief lotsa folks eligible for Welfare bennies weren’t getting their spot at the public-provided trough.
