Biden wants us to ignore the trucker who crossed state lines (this is illegal) going from New York to Pennsylvania with a load of ballots that disappeared, trailer and all, during the night after the trucker delivered them, first to a place where nobody came to sign for them (he said he waited for six hours), and then later, to another location, where nobody appeared to sign for the load. He gave up waiting and returned the next morning to find the entire trailer, ballots and all, had disappeared.
But now that they have a diversity crisis, and as soon as they stop talking about a 3 hour, mostly peaceful protest that happened more than a year and a half ago, they’ll get onto looking at the fact that there is no diversity of illegal invaders in the bastions of the nation’s socialist left. At least, that will be the case when global cooling overtakes hades and anti-liberty leftists start being truthful.
Democrats can’t admit that cities like New York and Chicago with their oppressive gun laws have a problem with gun violence because the gun control for which they advocate is supposed to solve those problems. And neighborhoods such as Harlem, where advocates push to ‘defund the police’ and then move out to safer neighborhoods to avoid the violence, are supposed to be peaceful and harmonious.
Irvin isn’t the first black person we’ve seen Democrats attack for the sin of being Republican. We’ve been seeing the phenomenon for ages, and has recently become even more frequent. South Carolina Senator Tim Scott was despicably labeled as “Uncle Tim” last year for saying that our country isn’t racist; which it isn’t. Democrats go after Virginia Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears at every opportunity, most recently in the wake of the Uvalde shooting.
The Democrats also benefitted. It turns out that the executives of those mega-stores donate predominantly to the Democrats. It’s part of their partnership (see crony capitalism definition above). In the 2016 and 2018 election cycles, 93% of Costco employee (mostly executives) donations went to Democrats. In 2012, the CEO of Costco even spoke at the Democrat National Convention.
The differing ways in which Democrats and Republicans are treated is striking. When Trump tells his followers “To peacefully, patriotically make your voices heard” he is accused of calling for violence. When Giuliani states an intention legally to take Trump’s opponents to court, he is accused of calling for violence. And so on. By contrast, “Democrats” call for real violence, rapes, assassinations, punching people, etc. It is in fact an important question why leftist ideologies of “tolerance” and “inclusivity” produces such vile unhinged, often infantile, hate. Many of these people literally need help.
But what if a party stops cooperating? What if party “A” breaks the rules – as the House Democrats have done? Tit-for-tat demands that the offender be punished. Party “B” must mimic (proportionally punish) the other side, and make the offender experience negative consequences so that future infractions are deterred. Only through deterrence will the offender likely return to cooperative behavior. Tit-for-tat achieves the best overall outcome when one party refuses to play nice.
The truckers are trying to make a difference while the teachers’ unions have seized the Pandemic to leverage more money and power. There are some school districts where teachers have yet to return to the classroom. Billions of dollars were earmarked in the stimulus bills for education and upgrades to schools, some not to be spent for years to come. But this is not enough for these greedy bureaucrats.
These self-appointed moralists appointed themselves the “final arbiters of science and truth,” and they now use that to justify their “right” to censor dissent and demand that we all goose step to their “truth” too. How are they still getting away with that? Easy. No matter how obvious their hypocrisy, they never stop acting as if they own the “moral high ground.” The moment they are exposed, they expect you to give them the pass they’ll never give you. The following list is hardly complete but is overwhelming in its scope.
