The more government control the better, because government knows best. But whereas socialism is essentially the government ownership and control of the means of production, communism goes a step further and seeks to have government dominate all aspects of society, not just production. And to do so requires one-party rule, complete obedience from the citizenry, and the suppression of any troublesome news by a compliant media. Sound familiar?

Eventually, compromises must be made and priorities must be established. Do we take funding for this infrastructure program to continue with our favorite government handout? Do we cut back on military spending in order to keep our promises to the supporters in that special interest group? And do we sacrifice the stability and safety of our greatest national landmark, or should we try to take cash away from another pork-barrel project?

The Values Of Socialists? There’s No Such Thing… They Have No Values

These children of wealth then reared children of narcissism.  The kids today are the fruit of a plastic structured culture with no strength or resiliency   All fall into a line of perfectly adjusted everlasting mediocrity.   The psychiatric profession and drug manufacturers are enjoying incredible financial bounty as the neurotics, both parents and children, cannot adapt to a competitive society.  Not everyone gets a ribbon.

The Wall Street banking crowd has pulled the levers of power since 1913.  They finally overwhelmed the bureaucrats and are in total control.  Their ability to print money eliminated any need for confrontations with government.  The only time that the government has shrunk since Woody Wilson was under Warren Harding.  He reduced expenditures by 40%.  The terrible recession after the World War had the country on its’ knees.
