Filibuster

Frequency Of Senate Filibuster Being Applied Has Been On The Rise; Is That Trend About To End?

Today the Senate filibuster procedure allows a minority party with 41 votes to stop most legislation. The Senate tradition of unlimited debate has allowed for the use of the filibuster, a loosely defined term for action designed to prolong debate and delay or prevent a vote on a bill, resolution, amendment, or other debatable question. Both parties have used this method over the years (see inset chart).

Ending The Filibuster Ends America: Biden Casts A Shadow of Tyranny

Biden and his criminal cronies are literally holding a dagger to the throat of America’s constitutional republic, because they wish to totally eradicate it, so they can have complete and total power. This is the reason they urgently want all elections in their hands and the hands of a massive centralized federal government, and they seek to complete this power grab through open voting without any identification of voters, non-citizen and Illegal Aliens voting, and UNVERIFIABLE mail-in ballots that are completely different from Absentee Ballots request by the individual entitled to use them, among other things.

Schumer Calls for Open Season on the Filibuster

Schumer wants to pass a bill that transforms the voting process in America. The bill would federalize control of elections which is contrary to the Constitution. The Constitution expressly gives the management of elections to the states. The bill may also make provisions to reduce the voting age to 16 and allow non-citizens to vote. It will also expand mail-in voting.
