The most important message from this episode is to stay strong. When the student asserted that Meriwether would lose his job, there’s no doubt that the student was confident that such action would be taken, and justifiably so. The university was clearly headed down that path, and the implication of their written warning was that it was only a matter of time before the professor was sent packing if he didn’t conform. Such is the state of affairs in which we find ourselves.
Dave Chappelle provided the blueprint for how to deal with cancel culture after the uproar caused by his Netflix special last year. A small but vocal group of Netflix employees and LGBTQ activists put the comedian squarely in their crosshairs. Chappelle didn’t apologize, but he did explain himself, and most importantly he went on the offensive and called out cancel culture directly. That’s what Sajak’s approach should be if the pressure mounts.
When parents ask questions (the Ed complex calls this being bigoted), they get called names, end up on the blacklist, and may experience government intimidation. First from the teachers, then the school board, then the collective, and maybe even the US Attorney’s office of domestic terrorism. And that would be funny conspiracy theory fluff if we’d not already seen all of it.
The latest data said that 68.2% of voters are now “less likely to do business with Disney.” Of those, 57.2% are “much less likely” to buy from the entertainment giant known for its kid-friendly parks and movies. What’s more, 69% said that they are likely to “support family-friendly alternatives to Disney.”
So, what should we do? How do we take a stand against a sport that flaunts its toxic masculinity every time a player steps up to the plate and grabs his cup? The first step is to organize some tough guys to help, and they don’t have to really be tough, they just have to act that way. We can have them wear black clothes and black masks, and we can call them AntiBa (an abbreviation for “anti-baseball”).
Interesting fact, for the cookie people. Even under the most accepting of circumstances, more than 40% of the kids who transition from crunchy cookie outside to creamy middle will kill themselves. In other words, trans culture is several orders of magnitude more dangerous than covid19, or the vaccine that doesn’t prevent infection or spread, or even an association with the Clinton crime family.
Remember That Slippery Slope They Said Was Non-Existent? Things Are Getting Pretty Slippery, Aren’t They?
Isn’t it time to ask, why? Why are Leftists so hellbent on changing the genders of perfectly healthy children? Why are they so committed to corrupting and confusing them? Can’t they just leave them alone to make these decisions when they reach the age of consent? What sort of mentality is required to actively engage in medical experiments on other people’s children without their parents’ knowledge?
Their strategy requires their foot soldiers – aka the mainstream media – to kick off the hostilities by launching airstrikes: floating the basic concepts of a narrative on news broadcasts and opinion pages. Next, accomplices in woke corporate America and academia begin their all-out artillery assaults by parroting the media’s concerted talking points. Then, once defenses have been softened, in comes the left’s infantry, as elected officials across the fruited plain ramp up the rhetoric to a fever pitch.
Cawthorn’s words were spot on, of course, and with a topic this ridiculous there’s a real benefit to injecting humor into the debate. It helps to expose the insanity. But even more inspiring was his choice to take on this subject in the first place. So many Republicans and self-proclaimed conservatives are reluctant to speak out on a matter that’s so important. They cower in fear of the woke mob and would rather be timid than bold.
As you can see, I have invested more into this effort than I would have ever thought I would or should have; but here we are. I have read the actual Florida bill, researched Supreme and State court cases, have watched the work that Matt Walsh has done on the subject – including the viral debate conducted on the Dr. Phil show – just so that I can have some talking points and attempt to understand the varied points of view.
Lunacy is not just a political disease. USA Today has declared a man in drag to be their Woman of the Year. Not to be outdone, Sports Illustrated did a feature on Lia Thomas. That would be the “woman” with a penis who just won the NCAA women’s swimming championship. Fortunately, Sports Illustrated didn’t feature Lia in its swimsuit edition – some things can’t be unseen.
To further illustrate the petty, phoniness of the matter, Will Smith appeared to laugh for 4 seconds before he was given the disapproving eye of his wife. Maybe she was more unhappy with her husband for laughing than with Rock, but Smith nevertheless changed his attitude on cue, took direction perhaps a little too well, and made a dramatic show of his indignation.
For some background, last year the company Harry’s Razors pulled their ads from all Daily Wire programming. Why? Because one of the company’s top podcasters, Michael Knowles, had the audacity to assert on one of his shows that men are men and women are women. A couple of wokesters on Twitter objected – and that’s not an exaggeration, there were literally two objectors – and Harry’s decided to take their ad revenue and go home. Seriously, that’s it.
New Jersey is once again taking their lead from their big brother next door. Last August, disgraced New York Governor Andrew Cuomo signed into law legislation similar to that being proposed in the Garden State. And for New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, anything that happens in Albany is worth duplicating in Trenton.
Meat was not sexist or racist, or supremacist to the earliest hunter-gatherers. It was dinner. Men risked their lives to feed themselves, women, and children because they were stronger and faster. These days their male ancestors can claim to be women to rob them of their rights, safe spaces, and now athletic accomplishments. They call that social justice, but I don’t see it.
So, after a few days, Judge Brooks called court back into session, and changed her mind. The convicted sex offender will not be required to register as a sex offender. She gave no explanation – but we all know why. It’s best to not draw the wrath of the LGBTQ community – call it the Masterpiece Bakery lesson. Their threats are way scarier than having an unrepentant, and unregistered sex offender, moving freely among underage girls.
Typical of most Big Tech giants, ABNB “stood in solidarity” with Black Lives Matter in 2020, and gave contributions to their cause. Additionally, they automatically sent customers visiting the ABNB website to the BLM homepage. ABNB speaks the language of “anti-racism,” which, as previously mentioned, is profoundly racist itself.
They’ve decided that they will use a three-judge panel of medical experts to review each transgender swimmer and figure out which team they’re playing for. As any maternity nurse can tell you, it doesn’t take a panel of “experts” to check the undercarriage and determine if a swimmer is a boy or a girl. Apparently just telling people that they have to compete as the sex they were born is just a bit too retrograde for our new woke society.
