If a fellow claiming female status trounces woman athletes in a fairly high profile competition — as University of Pennsylvania swimmer “Lia” Thomas (birth name “Will”) did recently — the story makes headlines and raises ire; if such a man falters, as Thomas did quite suspiciously and conveniently even more recently, the story disappears. And each side in the debate often claims vindication based on the most recent result.
J.D. Bernardy, a member of the NH House, recently discussed with Glenn Beck the purpose of HB1469.
NH House Bill 1469 will prevent banks and financial institutions from discriminating against people and businesses based on ESG scores. This bill will make it illegal to judge a person by their political party, membership in social organizations, social media posts, union affiliation, or any other subjective Environmental, Social, or Governance statistic. There will be significant fines and possible criminal charges levied on any bank or business found guilty of using such ESG or Social Scoring criteria.
Is nothing sacred anymore? Hasbro seems to think not. Wokeness’ infection within Hasbro runs deep, so let’s consider just two examples, with a couple of America’s most iconic toys and games having been recently subjected to abject wokeism. In 2020 Hasbro decided that Mr. Potato Head would “Go Green” as their first toy to be made of plant-based plastic. Environmental responsibility isn’t a bad thing, but that makeover was merely a harbinger of things to come. Last year, Hasbro decided to throw Mr. Potato Head squarely into the middle of the transgender insanity, promising to make the toy more “gender-neutral” by rebranding him as simply “Potato Head.”
No, as my above paragraph indicates, Mr. Thomas, I won’t play the pronoun game. I won’t stop mentioning that your birth name is “Will.” I also can’t in good conscience call you “transgender” as opposed to the more accurate acronym I originated, MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status). No, those things I can’t, or won’t, do. But there’s something I will, Will.
So what is difficult to understand here? Who believes this is good for women’s collegiate sports? Who thinks this is good for the athletes, female or transgender? I need to hear someone defend this ridiculous rule and tell me how many people favor this ludicrous rule. There are two genders, male and female. You can talk about a hybrid, medically altered individual. They are still either male or female.
The epidemic of wokeness can infect companies in any industry. We’ve already seen it contaminate companies from the transportation, restaurant, banking, and online retail industries. Wokeness is all around us, and it’s unacceptable. Historically, many of these organizations are some of our favorite companies and brands who gladly take our money while trampling on our conservative values.
One thing men are responsible for is bringing order to the world. They don’t always succeed, but it must be their duty to make the effort, and it’s not wise to distract them with histrionics when they attempt to do that, or shame them for trying. You are not excused from your duty in any case, American men. It’s not okay to pretend to be women to escape your duty.
Dad, and I am sure most of the men of the 40s would have much to say to the young folks of today. He would have no use for the Radical Left. He would be so upset with the protesting and destruction of the Summer of 2020. He would give Defund the Police, and Black Lives Matter followers an earful. Dad was colorblind, literally and philosophically.
For The ‘Neurodivergent’ And Those Using ‘Bunnyself’ Pronouns: What You Really Need Is A Dose of Reality
The young woman whose “lecture” opened this article, simply put, is divorced from reality despite her self-understanding as among the wokest of the woke. Indeed, that is the problem with the ideologically abstract policymakers of today who feel unconstrained by reality when making decisions that affect so many.
Caitlyn Jenner is Caitlyn Jenner, but he is not a she. He doesn’t have to be Bruce anymore, and he can call himself “she” if it pleases him, but I won’t. He doesn’t have to associate with me if he doesn’t like it (and I wouldn’t blame him). He can hang only with others who will honor his delusion if he so chooses. That’s his right. But his chromosomes, as scientifically clear as anything that ever was, make him a male…end of story.
Target is all-in on their wokeness, and may even be worse than Wal-Mart which is on our list at #14. Target not only supports BLM to the tune $10 million, they have also been running TV commercials promoting black-owned, LatinX-owned, and LGBTQ-owned businesses. As always, if we reversed the races and sexuality of their campaign, and said they were promoting straight, white businesses, would that be a problem? Additionally, Target is clearly in lockstep with the fascist anti-fascists known as AntiFa, as they have repeatedly engaged in book banning.
When you think of “LGBT authors,” you probably don’t think of Matt Walsh, one of the Daily Wire’s most conservative commentators.
But, according to Amazon’s rankings, that’s exactly what he is. Well, the #1 LGBT author, to be specific.
What happened? Was there a glitch in the Matrix? Nope. He recently released his children’s book, Johnny the Walrus, which is a satirical debate on the transgenderism epidemic sweeping America’s youth. It was so popular that it sold out in mere hours.
American citizens have had enough of the abstract theories of the “anointed” and their unconstrained pipedreams of what they think a Just society is and ought to be. We’ve had enough of their fanciful theories of how society should be drastically changed, re-ordered and imposed from the top down.
hese kids at ASU need two things. One is to be educated on the judicial system, and the other is to be put into their place. Kyle Rittenhouse was tried and found not guilty by a twelve-person jury of his peers. There is no do-over. He is found not guilty forever, and his case cannot be retried. There was no racial component to his case. He is white, as are the three people who attacked him. There were no people of color involved. He is not a white supremacist. He also was found to be acting in self-defense.
This past January, The Blue State Conservative proudly published the article, “12 Woke Companies to Avoid” by our good friend, Gen Z Conservative, and you can read that article here. Since that time, the problem with wokeness taking over corporate America has not improved, it’s gotten worse; much worse. Therefore, we bring you the next group of companies to add to that growing list.
But there are many, many companies which existed prior to the internet from whom a great deal of loyalty should rightly be expected, because a great deal of loyalty has been paid to them over the years. Some can be cited as particularly egregious examples of crappy decision-making in the age of “woke” because they’ve thrown entire generations of loyal customers under the bus with their incessant drive toward wooing the johnny-come-lately crowd.
For example, they described Kyle Rittenhouse’s shooting of three thugs attacking him as “racist.” How? Everyone involved was white. Did Rittenhouse’s shooting of a white person bashing him over the head with a skateboard show his “belief that race is a fundamental determinant of human traits and capacities?” No! That’s utterly absurd. Even if the person attacking him were black, there’s no way it would have shown racism.
Don’t get me wrong, Racism is real, and it’s a problem. But not as big a problem as governments and corporations leveraging it for influence and power to create the worst sort of discrimination of all. The despotism of an elite that systemically denies everyone, regardless of color, outside its ruling class, not just opportunities but the natural rights with which we are all born.
Here in the States, one college professor has chosen a different aspect of the sex world to destigmatize and redefine. An assistant professor of sociology and criminal justice at Old Dominion University, Allyn Walker, gave an interview this month about a book he wrote that seeks to distinguish between pedophiles and “minor-attracted people” who do not act on their attraction. He identifies minor-attracted people by the acronym MAP.
Not so long ago, there were groups of people who were provided with everything free. They were given food, shelter, clothing, education and medical care without charge. They were protected from violent crime. They never feared unemployment. They were provided with fairs, festivals, and other free entertainment. They owned nothing and by many accounts, were happy. They were called slaves.
Should the suspect decline mediation, physical restraint may be appropriate. However, physical restraint shall only be employed under the direct supervision of a medical professional. Upon determination that physical restraint is called for, the police shall “call time out,” and request a backup doctor be dispatched. They may proceed with restraint only after receiving the doctor’s written authorization.
The state seems to be moving back towards its conservative roots, but the Seacoast and Exeter specifically are entrenched with Liberal and Democrat elected officials. This prevailing ideology also means our local school board, which ironically is housed in the original Tuck High School. The name on the building is as close as this board comes to conservative thinking.
We’d hear about how there weren’t enough women on corporate boards, but not how there weren’t enough female garbage collectors; there’d be complaints about how actresses didn’t earn as much as actors, but not about how female fashions models command far more income than their male counterparts. It was never about equality. It was always about power and prestige.
The need for this law was brought to light because the daughter (can we still use that term?) of a California Assemblyman stopped at the entrance of the boys aisle and said she was not allowed entry. Now, you might think this would have been a good opportunity for a teaching moment, but no, it is much easier to create a new law. This new regulation puts a further burden on stores still working to recover from a year of COVID. This law will require people to monitor and control compliance.
